La clé du succès dans Smashing Drive réside dans deux fonctionnalités : des bonus délirants et des raccourcis cachés. Presque tous les bonus transforment votre taxi d’une manière ou d’une autre, vous permettant ainsi de vous frayer un chemin à travers la circulation avec facilité. Les raccourcis consistent généralement à foncer à travers des bâtiments, comme des cinémas ou des stades.
