On retrouve cette fois-ci le jeune Shinosuke dans un jeu de plates-forme assez classique. Le hérosa la possibilité d’utiliser divers items, ou bien de sauter sur les autres personnages pour s’en débarrasser. Techniquement assez mignon, le jeu reste assez difficile pour sa cible. Un grand nombre de mini-jeux viennent casser la monotonie d’un level disign trés peu inspiré.
