Shanghai II : Dragon’s Eye est un jeu de réflexion sur Super NES. Le but, dans ce jeu de Mah-Jong, est de faire des paires à l’aide des différentes pièces disposées aléatoirement par l’ordinateur. Le jeu propose douze dispositions différentes basées sur les signes du zodiaque chinois. Un mode deux joueurs est également disponible dans lequel il est nécessaire de tout faire pour gêner son adversaire.
